Become aware<br \/>\nII. Inform<br \/>\nIII. Acquire \/ Buy<br \/>\nIV. Start Up<br \/>\nV. Use<br \/>\nVI. Modify<br \/>\nVII. Dispose \/ Renew<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>How do customers and \/ or stakeholders proceed from one to the next? How should the journey look and feel like? Which motives, requirements or fears need to be addressed?<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>First, select one of the relevant customer or stakeholder groups<br \/>\nand take an imaginary walk through their journey. That means<br \/>\ntheir overall experience with your company, its products and<br \/>\nservices. Alternatively start collecting ideas for each touchpoint.<br \/>\nThen select a stakeholder group and draw its journey line from one<br \/>\ntouchpoint idea to the next.
