Fast zwei Jahre lang haben wir das im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmz.de\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(BMZ)<\/a> durchgef\u00fchrte <em>lot<\/em> Projekt begleitet, um dessen theoretische Grundlagen zu revidieren, mit neuen Methoden anzureichern, und in einem k\u00fcrzlich ver\u00f6ffentlichten Handbuch zusammenzufassen.
