We facilitated a design sprint focusing on customer service in the legal department of a global market leader. While doing it we also enabled our client how to replicate the format in a self-directed manner.
The design sprint as formalized Jake Knapp at Google Ventures consists in a time-boxed, five-phase process to understand, sketch, decide, prototype and test ideas quickly before committing more resources. Participants demonstrate and validate the value of new concepts while keeping risk, time and costs low.
