We joined forces with a leading energy company to drive its cultural development and digital transformation.
Following up on insights from field interviews with stakeholders of the IT department, we facilitated a methods workshop, and a design sprint to enhance the user experience in collaboration with the legal department. Now we are following up with a series of co-creation workshops and expert-driven redesign of the whole IT support experience. Together we identified long overdue pain-points and persisting challenges, uncovered forward-looking business opportunities and help to empower employees across the organization. Highly engaged participation, motivating feedback and promising results keep us going.
